Departure and Conclusion
The Majlis was over. We had already partaken of meals. It was time for us to leave. The horse cart came, and we left the Khaanqah. Displaying exemplary character Hazrat came to the gate of the Khaanqah to bid us farewell.
Right at the time of departure this one blacklisted in his Book of Deeds caught everyone’s eyes. On the pretext of musaafahah [hand shaking] I dropped a request into Hazrat’s ears. It was accepted immediately.
The request: “Hazrat! I have just one request. Please remember me in your Du’aas!”
That Wali of Allah stood in the Masjid and in the presence of the Malaaikah accepted the request. What a capital and what a priceless treasure this bankrupt person received instantly!

It is better to see than to hear
I had heard this quote a thousand times. Now, the difference between hearing and seeing became crystal clear. Now, there was considerable change in my state of awe and fear.
After being present, I learnt that Moulana is an embodiment of Noor. He is fashioned in holiness. He is made up of rose essence. He is a human being with a human heart and human feelings. He is a true vicegerent of:
بِالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ رَءُوْفٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
Extremely caring and compassionate to the Mu’mineen.
[The attribute of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) as extolled by the Qur’aan-e-Kareem]
Regardless of the harshness and cross-questioning when necessary, and when compelled to, he was a true specimen of:
رُحَمَآءُ بَيْنَهُمْ
Mutually they are compassionate.
[The characteristic of the Sahaabah (Radhiyallahu anhum) as commended by the Qur’aan-e-Kareem]
I came with extremely strong feelings of admiration and regard. I left without an atom reduced from that mass.
Together with the element of affection, he was:
بَشَرٌ مِثْلُكُمْ
A human like you.
What glad tidings of Rahmat [divine mercy] and what a reflection of compassion do the words “like you’ not embody?!
