Holy appearance, light complexion, majestic countenance, face round and full of flesh, large head but proportionate, moderate forehead, eyes modest with red streaks, gaze always lowered, eyebrows thick but crescent shaped, mouth moderate in size, firm and compressed teeth, lips glistening, moderate nose, broad chest, medium height, strong and fleshy hands, protruding shoulders and arms, large and protruding joints, neck neither thin nor fat nor long, fingers neither very long nor chubby nor thin, palms very soft, heels heavy, and beard lush and thickset.

[WARNING: In this age of rampant sin some miscreants have betrayed their villainy by disseminating fake pictures of Hazrat Thanwi (Rahmatullahi alaih). These pictures have now surfaced on the web. The villains and all those who send around these fake photos should understand well that they stand to be the worst punished in the Aakhirat. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) declared that to be the evil fate of those who produce pictures of animate beings.

The vice is compounded by being phoney, thus being utter calumny levelled against the holy personage of Hazrat Thanwi. May Allah Ta’ala safeguard us from perdition!]
